Auditions 

There is a place in Cache Children’s Choir for every child! We do not require auditions, but we do require a video of each child singing. This submission is invaluable to our teachers in best knowing how to help your child improve, and will assist in voice placement for older children.

If you submitted a placement recording for Fall 2020, it is not necessary to submit one for Spring 2021.

This video should be no longer than a minute and should include:

1. Child stating their full name.

2. A short performance of them singing. (Could be just about anything! A nursery rhyme, song, hymn, something they learned last year in school/choir)

If your child's performance involves accompaniment or a backing track, please make sure it is not too loud, and that your child's voice can be clearly heard. A Cappella singing is also perfectly acceptable.

Videos can be recorded using a smartphone/tablet but file sizes may be too large to send via email. It is recommended that you upload the video to cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud) and "share" with our staff email: ccc.cachechildrenschoir@gmail.com. In the share settings be sure to select “anyone with the link”. This will allow all our teachers to review the video.
